About the Marketing Assistant/Executive Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing the translation, design, layout and production process of marketing materials across multiple platforms and form factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support desktop publishing, design and creative needs for digital and print
- Coordinate and provide the translation, design, layout and production process of marketing materials across multiple platforms and form factors
- Produce and maintain regular baseline marketing and sales materials (e.g. fact sheet, fund manager commentary, fund flyer, presentation deck, video, etc.) along with tactical/ad hoc client/distributor productions
- Assist with marketing campaigns, events, presentation/sales materials, media
To succeed in this Marketing Assistant/Executive role, you will need to have the ability to work in a global investment management firm.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or communications
- Three years of relevant experience in creating/delivering marketing messages through various communication channels, preferably worked for an asset management or financial services company
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and video editing
