What you'll do:
As an Associate for Marketing and Content Production, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's brand image. Your primary responsibility will be to produce and maintain regular baseline marketing/sales materials. You will also assist with marketing campaigns, events, presentation/sales materials, media. Your role will involve coordinating and providing the translation, design, layout and production process of marketing materials across multiple platforms and form factors. Some administrative duties can also be expected.
- Produce and maintain regular baseline marketing/sales materials such as fact sheets, fund manager commentary, fund flyers, presentation decks, videos, etc.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, events, presentation/sales materials, media
- Coordinate and/or provide the translation, design, layout and production process of marketing materials across multiple platforms and form factors
- Perform some administrative duties as required
- Work closely with various communication channels to deliver marketing messages
- Ensure all content produced aligns with company brand and voice
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Associate for Marketing and Content Production role will bring a strong academic background with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Communications. You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in creating/delivering marketing messages through various communication channels. Experience working for an asset management or financial services company is preferred but not essential. You should possess good editing and proof-reading skills in English; knowledge of a second language would be advantageous. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and video editing software would be beneficial.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Communications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in creating/delivering marketing messages through various communication channels
- Experience working for an asset management or financial services company is preferred
- Good editing and proof-reading skills in English
- Second language is desirable (e.g. Chinese, Thai)
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and video editing is a plus
