Our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their ranks in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support growth in new student numbers for programmes offered at the campus, and enhance their experience through marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will also play an integral role in enhancing the organisation's reputation by developing engaging marketing communications to multiple target audiences across various media channels and platforms.

As a Marketing Manager based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in supporting growth in new student numbers for all programmes offered at the campus. You will develop targeted marketing initiatives that enhance students' experiences while simultaneously boosting our client's reputation. Your role will involve managing multi-channel projects, coordinating campaign workflows, creating compelling communication content, maintaining brand consistency across all projects, building meaningful relationships within the partnership, and working collaboratively to improve marketing practices.

  • Provide marketing expertise, consultation, and marketing plans for the partnership ensuring a proactive approach is taken with stakeholders around planned marketing activity.
  • Manage multi-channel projects including digital, direct, social, event, web, content marketing and marketing automation.
  • Responsible for coordinating the campaign workflow between the university marketing team, advertising agency, design studios and university stakeholders.
  • Write creative communication and messaging content for various print and digital marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand across all marketing projects.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships across the partnership.
  • Work collaboratively to continuously improve marketing practices and processes.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the field of marketing. With a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience under your belt, you have spent over five years managing integrated marketing projects. Your strong skills in messaging, copywriting and communication span across digital platforms, social media, content marketing, publications and automation. You are culturally sensitive with proven experience working across different cultures. Your familiarity with Google Ads and major social media advertising platforms will be a significant advantage. Above all, you have a track record of building strong collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing is essential.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a marketing professional managing integrated marketing projects.
  • Strong experience with messaging, copywriting and marketing communication across digital, social media, content marketing, publications, and marketing automation.
  • Proven experience working across cultures and sensitive to cultural differences.
  • Experience in Google Ads and all major social media advertising platforms will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience at building strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
