What you'll do:

As a Corporate Communications Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting the corporate communications of our client. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the corporate website and social media channels, developing engaging corporate presentations, drafting press releases, managing media relations, coordinating internal communication initiatives, and supporting other ad-hoc projects. Your role will also involve leading financial communications, serving on the Sustainability Committee that designs ESG strategies at the Group level. This role offers an excellent opportunity to stretch your capabilities and gain exposure in financial communications.

  • Drive and support corporate communications strategies at the Group level
  • Oversee and maintain corporate website and social media channels such as LinkedIn
  • Develop corporate presentations, leadership communication materials and speeches
  • Draft press releases, manage media relations and respond to queries
  • Coordinate internal communication initiatives within the organisation
  • Support ad-hoc projects from time to time
  • Lead financial communications including writing and editing annual reports, results related materials, and updating fact sheets and investor presentations
  • Serve on the Sustainability Committee that designs ESG strategies at the Group level

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Corporate Communications Assistant Manager position is a graduate from a recognised university with knowledge in communications.

  • 3 to 5 years' related experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding ability to draft and edit content tailored to different audiences and platforms
  • Excellent spoken English with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools
  • Solid ability in project management with keen attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills with ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially
