About the Customer Engagement & Communications Senior Manager Role: Reporting to the General Manager of Customer Engagement & Communications, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the brand's presence both online and offline. You will lead a lean team in developing branding assets, overseeing digital channels, designing customer journeys, managing marketing performance dashboards, assisting in crafting of media releases, supporting data protection programmes, and coordinating ESG data submissions. Your work will contribute significantly to achieving a unified omni-channel experience that enhances dealer brand equity across all owned, paid and earned media. The successful candidate will also be involved in corporate communications, public relations, media cultivation, data protection activities and sustainability projects. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who excels in senior stakeholder engagement and management, has strong vendor and partner management skills, and can manage multiple projects concurrently.
Lead brand and strategic communication efforts across multiple marques
Support various online and social media channels
Be involved in corporate communications, public relations, media cultivation, data protection activities and sustainability projects
Work with the agency to develop/refresh branding assets
Oversee digital channels such as country websites and social media pages
Design customer journey and experience when they engage in private messaging or commenting on our social media pages
Manage marketing performance dashboard and help to enhance marketing teams’ efficacy in campaign effectiveness and reporting
Maintain media list; assist in crafting of media releases; distribution; tracking; and handling media queries
Support DPO in personal data protection programmes and processes
Work with various stakeholders and help to coordinate/analyse ESG data submission from the various complexes
To succeed in this Customer Engagement & Communications Senior Manager role, you will need to possess a wealth of experience in branding and marketing with proven expertise in media buy and driving digital initiatives. You are a multitasker who can prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering work on target.
Degree holder with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
Proven work experience in branding and marketing
Proven work experience in media buy is preferred
Experience in leading large-scale projects from brief through to delivery is a plus
Strong vendor and partner management skills
Creative thinking abilities with an eye for detail
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple projects concurrently
