Communications Manager

Work for one of the world's largest and fastest growing oil refining business in the sustainability space. The firm is recruiting for a Communications Manager job for their expanding team.

About the Communications Manager Role:
Reporting to the VP for Communications, you will drive the overall corporate communications strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget and execute the firm's overall communications plan across both external and internal communications across the region
• Drive and manage the firm's reputation across both traditional and social channels
• Work with senior leaders on business communications and develop impactful content across all platforms
• Align communications initiatives and goals with business objectives
• Work closely with product marketing and sustainability teams to ensure consistency in the overall communications plan

To succeed in this Communications Manager role, you must have strong stakeholder engagement skills and has operated in a communications role in a flat and matrix organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Communications
• At least eight years of strategic communications, PR and external communications experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and writing skills
• Keen interest in circular economy and sustainability would be an added advantage
