Work for one of the world's largest oil and energy conglomerates. With a regional setup here in Singapore responsible for all of APAC and EMEA, they are presently recruiting for a Regional Communications Manager job in their expanding team.
About the Regional Communications Manager Role:
Reporting to the Regional Head of Communications, you will be responsible for driving CSR activities and internal communications initiatives to drive employer branding and employee engagement. You will also have a communications executive and a digital communications executive reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a regional internal communications plan as well as a CSR programme for the region
- Manage all owned content across all digital and traditional platforms
- Develop and curate content aimed at employee engagement and employer branding
- Facilitate all external communications plan including press releases and media relations
- Manage issues and crisis communications
- Drive key communications plans and programmes for the senior leadership team
To succeed in this Regional Communications Manager role, you will need strong communications experience across digital, internal, CSR as well as PR.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications
- At least six years' work experience in an end to end communications role, preferably from within the B2B space
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills coupled with team management experience
