About the Internal Communications Manager (six-month contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will have the opportunity to design compelling internal communications strategy for an Asia-based global asset manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute on internal communications strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Develop internal communications for the CEO office and provide counsel to the executive management
- Drive content production and logistics for regional town halls and other firm-wide events
- Own and execute the internal communications calendar and content, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and shape a strong culture
- Oversee and manage the regional intranet; collaborate with functions and Local Business Units to produce a continuous news flow of relevant information for staff
- Provide support in operational issues management, for crisis communications preparedness to mitigate negative or sensitive reputational issues internally and externally with a focus on client communications, where necessary
To succeed in this Internal Communications Manager (six-month contract) role, you will need to have the ability to work in a financial services industry.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in communications, preferably within the financial services industry
- Experience working with business leaders and strong multi-stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record in delivering strategic narratives
- Good knowledge of intranet CMS
- Must be based in Singapore
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and able to work independently
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
