- Collaborate closely with sales, category management, and shopper marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance product visibility and drive incremental sales.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies for channel development.
- Lead the implementation of shopper marketing initiatives across various retail environments, optimising point-of-sale materials and promotional activities for maximum impact.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and external partners, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution of joint business plans.
- Monitor performance metrics such as total distribution points (TDP), return on investment (ROI), and campaign effectiveness to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the development of commercial capability within the team by sharing best practices, coaching colleagues, and contributing to training programmes.
- Oversee budget allocation for trade marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximising value delivery across all channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving supply chain, finance, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of trade initiatives.
- Champion a culture of collaboration by fostering open communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Proven leadership capabilities including previous experience managing small teams or direct reports within a matrixed environment.
- Track record of developing shopper marketing playbooks or similar frameworks that have delivered measurable business results across multiple countries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners such as retailers or distributors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science & Nutrition or related field is preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving supply chain logistics or financial planning would be beneficial.
