What you'll do:

As an Assistant Media Manager, you will support the Media team in advancing its media development, procurement, and governance agenda. You will manage stakeholders effectively while gathering critical market and media information. Your role involves synthesising this information into actionable insights that enhance decision-making. You will also play a crucial part in developing and executing media strategies across various brands in SEA markets. Your responsibilities include coordinating media processes such as budget setting, annual planning, IMC reviews, ensuring effective agency collaboration.

  • Track and consolidate media spends across SEA markets
  • Serve as a key point of contact for SEA stakeholders
  • Collect market-specific insights and media data
  • Deploy media guidelines and digital strategies tailored for SEA markets
  • Coordinate media processes such as budget setting, annual planning, IMC reviews
  • Review agency proposals for alignment with objectives, KPIs, budget, and group media governance requirements
  • Optimise campaign performance by benchmarking against traditional and digital media standards

What you bring:

As an ideal candidate for the Assistant Media Manager position, you bring along a university degree in a relevant field. You have gained significant experience in a TV & digital media role with good knowledge of search, display, social and e-commerce. Your proficiency in using media measurement tools is commendable. You possess strong analytical capabilities which enable you to make informed decisions. Your excellent project management & coordination skills allow you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
