An exciting Collaboration Consultant (GENESYS) role has just become available at in one of the most renowned global IT firm based in Singapore. You will report directly to the IT Director.

About the Collaboration Consultant (GENESYS) role :

In this crucial role you will be responsible for many different duties like project planning, deployment and migration. You will also design & perform changes to the network & management processes. You will engage with Presales team for projects. Furthermore, you will also get the opportunity to assist, lead and manage major projects locally and globally.

Key Responsiblities:

• Project planning, deployment and commissioning for projects.
• Ability to lead the project; and to provide High & Low level design, tasks scheduling
• Presenting of deployment designs to client
• Engagement with PreSales team for project effort sizing advisory
• Manage post implementation support issues (fault call tickets – P1 case) whenever required
• Assist Solution Architect on major project roll-outs as Technical lead
• Conduct internal training as part of knowledge sharing
• Prepare network/ voice analysis reports, including findings with analysis
• Provide Level 3 operations support for Voice and Contact Centre infrastructure
• Perform changes to the network/ Voice in-line with the organisation's Change Management processes
• Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organisation

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the IT Directors, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements :

• At least 8-12 years relevant experience in IT/networking industry providing of Genesys
• Able to work independently as well as in a team when delivering projects
• Genesys technical certification required
• Experience from System integrator environment preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Genesye PureEngage, PureConnect, PureCloud and H323, SIP, MGCP, Q931 signaling protocols.
• Strong Knowledge of voice recording (NICE/ Verint), Contact Center, network routing &switching technologies ,and voice protocols
• Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Polite and able to communicate well to the clients; client-oriented.
• Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in extended hours.
• Hands on experience in the following products will be highly advantageous:
• Cisco routing/switching products (mandatory)
• Genesys – GVP(SIP Server, GVP inbound/ Outbound, IVR scripting)
• Verint recorders and QM - (advantageous)
• Verba recording - (advantageous)
• Cisco Unified Border Element, Sonus, Audio SBC integrations
• Microsoft communication (advantageous) – Skype-for-Business
