About the Head of Business Analysis Role:
In this business critical role you will lead business operations data analysis, generate insightful report with diagnosis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operation heads in generating business forecast and projection in both regular and project bases
• Lead market and competition intelligence research and analysis

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 10 years of experience as a business analyst/consult.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/IT/statistics/engineer or any other related fields
• Ability to work with complex data sets
• Proficient in writing SQL queries
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical mindset
• e-Commerce or consulting experienced candidate is preferred
• Experience leading a lean BI team is preferred
• Experience in digital product operations in SEA region is preferred
