To excel as a Recruiter in this influential team, your background should demonstrate hands-on experience managing complex recruitment assignments within large-scale or multinational settings.
- Minimum four years’ proven experience managing full-cycle corporate recruitment within multinational environments or similarly complex organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; equivalent combinations of education, training or experience are also welcomed.
- Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing techniques—especially engaging passive candidates—and building diverse talent pipelines across various geographies.
- Exceptional relationship management abilities that enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while influencing positive outcomes.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—that allow you to convey information clearly and empathetically when interacting with candidates or internal partners.
- Experience using data analytics tools or applicant tracking systems to inform decision-making processes and measure recruitment effectiveness.
- A consultative approach combined with curiosity about emerging trends in talent acquisition ensures you remain adaptable in an ever-evolving landscape.
- Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences by being responsive, considerate, and attentive throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
