  • Hire for a diverse range of roles including data centre operations technicians, engineers, facilities staff, project managers, electrical and mechanical specialists, as well as corporate functions such as finance, HR, commercial, legal, and IT.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define clear role requirements while constructively challenging unrealistic expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive direct sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions using platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted search methods.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies selectively and cost-effectively to optimise hiring results without compromising quality.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives for new site builds and expansions by collaborating with regional HR teams.

What you bring:

To excel as a Talent Acquisition Partner – Data Centre and Infrastructure in this organisation’s Singapore office, you will bring substantial hands-on experience recruiting within complex technical environments such as data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects. Your background should include successfully sourcing candidates for specialist roles using advanced search techniques while building strong partnerships with both local and regional stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that you can advise hiring managers on market conditions while guiding them towards achievable solutions. • Ability to influence senior stakeholders positively by providing market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Comfort operating within fast-paced project-driven environments where adaptability is essential for managing multiple concurrent hiring priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster trust-based relationships with candidates and internal teams alike.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with local labour regulations as well as internal policies throughout all stages of recruitment.
