What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of recruitment activities while acting as a vital connector between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.

  • Manage comprehensive recruitment operations from initial requisition through to onboarding, ensuring seamless scheduling of interviews, meticulous tracking of recruitment metrics, and accurate maintenance of candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support end to end recruitment operations for technical and tech adjacent roles, including engineering, product, data, infrastructure, and other specialised functions.
  • Support market mapping and talent mapping activities by identifying key talent pools and providing insightful data analysis to inform effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop, document, and refine recruitment workflows to promote efficiency, consistency, and compliance throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication that fosters a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Respond professionally to candidate inquiries, maintaining a warm and considerate approach that upholds the organisation’s reputation for excellent candidate care.
  • Monitor open roles closely to ensure alignment with forecasted headcount requirements and hiring timelines, proactively addressing any potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and fulfilment status to keep HR leadership informed and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere strictly to internal policies as well as local labour laws, maintaining high standards of compliance at every stage.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and manage all documentation related to recruitment activities with precision and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external vendors to facilitate smooth execution of recruitment campaigns.

What you bring:

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist brings not only technical expertise but also a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline which underpins your understanding of best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrate 2-4 years’ proven experience in recruitment operations or similar HR-related roles where you have managed end-to-end hiring processes within a structured environment.
  • Prior exposure to supporting technical or specialised hiring within an in house TA team, shared services, or agency environment.
  • Showcase familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) as well as other modern recruitment tools that streamline workflow management and enhance candidate engagement.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in data management including reporting and analysis using advanced Excel skills or comparable platforms to generate meaningful insights for decision makers.
  • Display exceptional organisational abilities coupled with multitasking skills that allow you to handle competing priorities without compromising attention to detail or quality of work.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with candidates, colleagues, and external partners alike—your interpersonal skills foster trustful relationships across all touchpoints.
  • Adapt readily to fast-paced environments where meeting tight deadlines is essential; your flexibility ensures you remain responsive even during periods of high activity.
  • Uphold high standards of compliance by ensuring all processes align with internal policies as well as relevant local labour regulations.
