This role is based in the vibrant city of Singapore and offers an exciting opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters within the Investment Group/Investment Enablement sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining meeting requests and coordinating candidate travel across APAC and parts of Europe. What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters. You will be instrumental in creating, managing, and maintaining meeting requests as well as coordinating candidate travel across APAC and parts of Europe. Your role will involve managing both virtual and in-person meetings using various applications such as Outlook, Workday Applicant Tracking System, among others. You will also be tasked with coordinating communication between internal and external candidates, Talent Acquisition staff, and interviewers. Additionally, you will handle scheduling conflicts with meeting participants, coordinate candidate travel for in-person interviews, process external visitor requests, provide visitors with Guest Wi-Fi connectivity procedures/information, identify and resolve problems per company procedures.

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Coordinator role brings a wealth of experience from a similar role within Talent Acquisition or HR. Your strong organisational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Your excellent communication skills allow you to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using various applications such as Outlook, Workday Applicant Tracking System etc., is essential for this role. Your ability to handle scheduling conflicts efficiently coupled with your experience in coordinating travel arrangements will be key to your success in this role.
