About the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (One-year Contract) Role:

Your key responsibility will be sourcing and hiring for their expansion globally and playing an integral role in the recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment to businesses globally (Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Europe, UAE, Dubai, Switzerland) whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
• Develops strong relationships with the business, understanding their talent needs and business objective
• Builds a network of candidates within the market through proactive search, professional networks, and partnerships
• Promotes the brand within the network; conduct exploratory interviews and headhunt as appropriate
• Develops, updates, and implements relevant recruitment policies and procedures in accordance to local and corporate principles and policies
• Manages recruitment process and system to ensure compliance to with legal and regulatory requirements relating to recruitment and employment
• Participates in projects to enhance recruitment processes effectiveness and efficiency
• Handles employee engagement activities and any HR operations tasks
• Be involved in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

To succeed in this Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (One-year Contract) role, you must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified degree with a minimum of five years' relevant experience. Experience in a pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
• Proven track record in hiring the best talent and deliver against timelines and milestones
• HR functional competencies in talent acquisition
• Strong in technical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong in recruitment systems
• Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision makers
• Demonstrates and delivers best practice recruitment expertise
