About the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (One-year Contract) Role:
Your key responsibility will be sourcing and hiring for their expansion globally and playing an integral role in the recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides timely and effective end-to-end recruitment to businesses globally (Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Europe, UAE, Dubai, Switzerland) whilst engaging key stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
Develops strong relationships with the business, understanding their talent needs and business objective
Builds a network of candidates within the market through proactive search, professional networks, and partnerships
Promotes the brand within the network; conduct exploratory interviews and headhunt as appropriate
Develops, updates, and implements relevant recruitment policies and procedures in accordance to local and corporate principles and policies
Manages recruitment process and system to ensure compliance to with legal and regulatory requirements relating to recruitment and employment
Participates in projects to enhance recruitment processes effectiveness and efficiency
Handles employee engagement activities and any HR operations tasks
Be involved in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
To succeed in this Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (One-year Contract) role, you must have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
Qualified degree with a minimum of five years' relevant experience. Experience in a pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
Proven track record in hiring the best talent and deliver against timelines and milestones
HR functional competencies in talent acquisition
Strong in technical skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong in recruitment systems
Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision makers
Demonstrates and delivers best practice recruitment expertise
