About the Talent Acquisition Specialist (11-Month contract) Role:
Your key responsibility is to support the organization's talent acquisition strategy through the recruitment of talent and the development and implementation of various talent acquisition programmes, processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle process to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition programmes in line with best practices.
- Create, revise, and execute applicable recruitment policies and procedures in alignment with local and corporate principles and policies.
- Oversee the recruitment system to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations concerning recruitment and employment
- Resource analytics and report to enhance business and operational effectiveness and compliance with corporate and local requirements
- Participate in regulatory surveys and reporting, and safety exercises and help ensure safety first
- Be involved in projects to enhance recruitment processes effectiveness and efficiency, and in ad-hoc duties
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Specialist (11-Month Contract) role, you must have strong recruitment skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience preferably in both manufacturing and commercial environment.
- Possesses strong organisation skills, detailed & result oriented, analytical and project management mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills and is able to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable travelling to Tuas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS system
