An exciting Corporate Recruiter job has just become available at an aerospace MNC.

About the Corporate Recruiter Role:
Reporting to the recruitment lead, the Corporate Recruiter will work closely with the HRBPs to attract top talent to the organisation across all corporate and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HRBPs to understand the needs of the organisation
• Focus on direct sourcing for corporate and commercial hires
• Manage a small team of junior recruiters
• Focus on direct sourcing through various channels including social media

To succeed in the role, you must have four to five years of solid recruitment experience preferably in an in-house capacity, either as a pure recruiter or as an HR generalist responsible for recruitment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above)
• In-house recruitment experience (essential)
• Persuasive and engaging communication style
• Strong EQ, able to understand HR operations
• Experience working as an HRBP or generalist
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities under minimal supervision
