In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment coordination support.
- Manage employee queries on HR processes and policies, employee life cycle activities and records maintenance
- Provide HR business advisory support to business partners
- Prepare and manage reports
To succeed in this 12 month Recruitment Executive role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
- Two years of relevant experience from shared service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and good with numbers
- Good knowledge on HR systems
