Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workforce planning and budgeting to support the business needs
• Oversee the entire suite of HR functions including compensation, payroll, rewards, performance management, HR business partnering, benefits, employee wellness, talent management, learning and organisation development, employee engagement and HR operations

Key Requirements:

• Qualified degree in Human Resources, or any relevant discipline
• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations and local labour law
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
