Our client, a leading player in the Chemical industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong background in Organisational Development and Talent Management with HRBP skills. This is an exciting new role, created due to the company's ongoing expansion and growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and drive a robust talent and development agenda, aligned with business needs.

What you'll do:

As a Senior HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for Organisational Development and talent management that aligns with the company's business needs. Your expertise in analysing talent-related data will be crucial in formulating strategies to engage and retain top performers. You will also innovate and execute engaging Talent programs that foster continuous professional growth among employees. In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as an internal consultant on organisational development matters, providing valuable insights that contribute to team effectiveness initiatives.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for talent and development that aligns with business needs.
  • Take ownership of Talent Reviews and manage the annual Top global talent review process.
  • Analyze talent related data and develop strategies to engage and retain top talent.
  • Innovate and execute engaging Talent & Learning programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance performance management processes to drive high performance across the organisation.
  • Serve as an internal consultant on organisational development and talent solutions.
  • Provide HRBP support covering functional areas such as recruiting/staffing, performance review, compensation, benefits, onboarding, data reporting, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

As the ideal candidate for this Senior HR Manager position, you bring along significant experience in Talent Management or as an HRBP. You thrive in an unstructured or decentralized model, demonstrating your adaptability and resilience. Your proven track record in managing cross-cultural stakeholders speaks volumes about your ability to navigate diverse cultures and markets. Your high level of emotional intelligence coupled with a growth-oriented mindset enables you to build meaningful relationships that align People Experience with the company's core values. Your clear communication skills make you a team player who can effectively champion and implement HR programmes and processes.

  • Proven experience in Organisational Development and Talent Management or as an HRBP who has a passion for OD or TM.
  • Comfortable working in an unstructured/Decentralized model.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships and ensure People Experience aligns with company core values.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to navigate a range of cultures and markets.
