As the Global Head for Talent Advisory and Consulting you will be instrumental in shaping our organisation's talent strategy. You will craft and execute a comprehensive approach to talent management that aligns with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve nurturing a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation across all regions. You will steer strategic initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership on talent management trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What you will bring:

The ideal candidate for this pivotal role will bring a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles within Talent Management or Human Resources from a Consultancy background. You will have a deep understanding of global talent trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Your proven ability to craft and implement effective talent strategies will be crucial in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you'll need to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders. A strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace is also required.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Talent Management or Human Resources
  • Deep understanding of global talent trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement effective talent strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace
  • Experience overseeing talent advisory and consulting services
  • Business development skills in order to pitch the consulting services accordingly
