This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR specialist to join a fast-paced and innovative organisation to spearhead various HR initiatives across the business.
About the Manager, Learning and Talent Management Role: Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing group-wide learning and development programmes including cultural transformation and manage talent capabilities within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute Learning, talent development, and management strategy for the organisation to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline
Review and formulate learning strategy and talent management framework
Identify future workforce skills and capability needs and implement talent development solutions
Responsible for talent development process from learning needs analysis, developing learning plans, and curriculum curation to rolling out of learning programs
Source, implement, manage and evaluate learning programmes to meet training needs
Identify and establish partnerships with external providers and government agencies on initiatives, funding and sponsorship
To succeed in this Manager, Learning and Talent Management role, you must have strong business partnering skills and be meticulous with an eye for detail.
Key Requirements:
Qualified degree in Human Resources, or any relevant discipline
Minimum of 10 years' relevant HR experience including learning, talent management, and future workforce development
ACTA/ACLP certified
Experience in conducting learning needs analysis, competency skills gap analysis, training, and curriculum development
Proficient in developing and implementing learning and talent management strategies
Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
Proven ability to influence and build relationship with stakeholders across all levels
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly dynamic, confident and able to work independently in an ambiguous environment
