About the Learning and Development (six-month contract) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing group-wide learning and development programmes including cultural transformation, leadership development, managerial and individual effectiveness, functional and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimum learner experience through effective organisation of internal and external workshops, including enterprise-wide initiatives like sustainability, generative AI and cultural transformation
• Support stakeholders through the administration of the learning management system
• Assist in communication and marketing campaigns to create greater awareness on learning and organisation development initiatives
• Assist in the update of policies and SOPs to meet regulatory standards, shift in demands and industry practices
• Assist in development of suitable learning interventions
• Analyse learning data for accurate and timely reporting
• Research and understand learning trends
• Support junior talent development and assist in management associate recruitment activities

To succeed in this Learning and Development (six-month contract) role, you will need to have ability to work effectively and co-operatively with teams, across borders and internal matrix.
