Talent Development Specialist (one-year contract)

A leading FMCG firm has a Talent Development Specialist (one-year contract) job for an experienced candidate to join its organisation. About the Talent Development Specialist (One-Year contract) Role:
Reporting to the Region Talent manager, you will be working closely with a team of professional, energetic, and collaborative team across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the training planning, coordination and deployment. Be in charge of training events preparation and deployment, in terms of training logistics and materials preparation
• Be the point of contact for all LMS data and information and ensure all training data are updated in the LMS system
• Manage vendor payments coordination and training budget tracking to ensure timely updates
• Planning and execution of APAC region Training activities and supporting Talent Acquisition administrative matters, working closely with the global and market teams
• Be involved in discussions with regional teams and upskill in both internal and external stakeholder alignment and collaboration skills and input key data and generate reports from the LMS system, and present data clearly and articulately
• Be involved in ad hoc admin matters and projects

To succeed in this Talent Development Specialist (One-Year Contract) role, you must be driven and determined, willing to learn, and seek to be part of a growing organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years' of relevant work experience
• Comfortable and enjoys working with Online Management Systems and Excel
• Analytical with the ability to analyse and report training data accurately to management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, high learning agility, and the resilience to deliver results
• Have an excellent command of English - written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and LMS systems
• Good knowledge of Excel - VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
• Ability to travel to the West (location)
