About the Senior APAC Learning and Development Partner Role:
You will be a key member of regional L&D team. This role reports to the Global Learning and Development Director and will work closely with global HQ, and partner closely with key senior management leaders in the APAC region to design, develop L&D initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative learning solutions at the global and regional level through multiple platforms and channels; in line with the global L&D strategy
• Facilitate coaching and learning sessions for senior leaders and deliver effective learning modules focused on improving employee engagement and soft skills development
• Lead and ensure the successful roll-out of global learning projects
• Liaise with the business key leaders to identify areas of development needs and conduct focus group discussions to evaluate effectiveness of learning sessions
• Identify and coach culture ambassadors and build a positive learning culture
• Review content and learning analytics in the LMS system
• Oversee and work with external vendors ensuring high quality of methodology, content and delivery
• Manage learning budget in line with the company and resources

To succeed in this Senior APAC Learning and Development Partner role, you will need to have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and engage with senior leaders and support in employee development.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 - 10 years of L&D experience in coaching, designing, delivery and facilitation
• Extensive knowledge in learning methodologies
• Strong team player, problem solver and passionate about learning and development
