A professional pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist (One-Year Contract) position within its organization. If you are available immediately and able to commit to the contract duration, this job opportunity is ideal for you, as the contract is highly extendable, subject to your performance and business requirements.
About the HRIS Specialist (One-year contract) Role:
Your key responsibility is to focus on the implementation and rollout of the new HRIS system in a multi-environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and develop HR requirements for HRIS and payroll systems.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to plan, implement, and oversee vendors configuring the HRIS and payroll systems according to local and global HR requirements.
Work closely with the project team for data migration, verify the data, and support the interface transfer from one system to another.
Maintain documentation of HR processes, procedures, and requirements as required during the implementation of the HRIS and payroll systems.
Develop and coordinate HR user acceptance testing, including creating HR user acceptance test cases.
Develop training materials, coordinate and deliver training to HR staff and end-users on how to effectively use the HRIS and payroll systems.
Assist HR in the change process when implementing the HRIS and payroll systems and provide non-technical support to end-users during the rollout.
Work closely with the global communication and change team for all required activities.
Key Requirements:
A qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Take ownership of end-to-end processes for engaging stakeholders from initial sessions to deliverable/output signoff.
Lead requirements development sessions in a software context.
Demonstrate excellent planning, structure, and project management skills.
Possess strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems such as Bamboo.
