What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with overseeing critical HR functions that underpin the success of a rapidly expanding business.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with meticulous attention to accuracy, compliance, statutory deductions, timely salary disbursement, and comprehensive reporting requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records while collaborating closely with finance teams for audits, reconciliations, and continuous process improvements.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes across multiple departments.
- Partner with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs, contributing actively to workforce planning initiatives that align with organisational goals.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies aimed at attracting top talent from both local and international markets, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Design structured onboarding programmes that ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into company culture, policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Monitor probationary periods for new employees by providing feedback mechanisms that support their successful transition into permanent roles within the organisation.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant labour laws and company guidelines by staying informed about regulatory changes affecting HR operations.
- Support performance management processes as well as employee engagement and retention strategies through regular communication, feedback sessions, and targeted initiatives.
