A leading global aviation services organisation is seeking a General Manager Corporate Support – Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
This pivotal regional role reports directly to the CEO APAC and will serve as a trusted advisor across Human Resources governance, internal leadership communications and regional Safety coordination. The mandate is designed to strengthen executive alignment, reinforce people governance and ensure structured communication across diverse APAC markets.
With a highly competitive salary range of S$180,000 – S$200,000 per annum, this opportunity is suited to a senior HR leader who combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in operationally complex environments.

What you'll do:
As General Manager Corporate Support - APAC, you will be instrumental in supporting the CEO APAC by providing expert advice on human resources strategy, internal leadership communications across APAC, and safety governance coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve partnering with senior leaders across multiple countries to drive effective workforce planning and organisational design while managing confidential succession plans. You will lead internal communications efforts that keep employees informed and engaged during times of change or growth. Additionally, your role will require you to ensure that safety standards are consistently communicated and adhered to throughout the region. Success in this position will come from your ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with practical execution while maintaining discretion in all matters.

Act as the regional Human Resources partner to the CEO and country leadership teams, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning across all APAC markets.

Oversee confidential succession planning processes and manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.

Ensure robust HR governance by aligning policies and compliance frameworks across diverse markets within the region.

Collaborate closely with country HR leads to strengthen employee engagement, performance management systems and overall people practices.

Provide direct HR oversight for the Singapore office when required, supporting local needs while maintaining regional consistency.

Coordinate and support internal leadership communications across APAC, including regional town halls, executive updates and organisational announcements, ensuring clarity and alignment of messaging.

Prepare structured communication briefs and key messaging frameworks for the CEO on people-related and organisational matters.

Support executive messaging during periods of organisational change, restructuring or crisis situations to ensure consistency and transparency.

Work alongside the Sales & Marketing function on external communications where HR or organisational context is required, without assuming ownership of brand, marketing or PR activities.

Liaise between operational safety leads and executive leadership to coordinate regional safety reporting frameworks and promote a unified safety culture.

- Proven track record of supporting CEO or Board-level stakeholders demonstrates your ability to operate at the highest levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated capability in handling confidential organisational decisions with integrity, discretion, and political maturity is critical for this role.
- Experience working within operational environments such as aviation, logistics or industrial sectors is highly desirable for understanding industry-specific challenges.
- Expertise in organisational design, workforce strategy development, change management processes, stakeholder alignment initiatives, governance frameworks, compliance awareness, executive communication skills, sound judgement under pressure.
