What you'll do:
As a Senior Human Resources Executive, you will be entrusted with overseeing critical HR functions and the execution of engaging staff activities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for several entities across the region, ensuring every detail is accurate and deadlines are consistently met.
- Coordinate payroll funding activities as well as statutory tax filings while maintaining strict adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports and track HR-related costs for management review and finance purposes.
- Collaborate with finance teams and external vendors to resolve any payroll-related queries efficiently and effectively.
- Administer employee benefits programmes including insurance plans and claims processing to ensure employees receive timely support.
- Support annual salary benchmarking exercises, compensation reviews, market analysis, merit cycles, bonus cycles, data preparation, validation, and related communications.
- Review and update compensation and benefits policies regularly to maintain competitiveness and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records across HR systems and files while managing onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee journey.
- Process work passes and visas in accordance with local immigration requirements while supporting workplace health and safety initiatives as well as statutory reporting obligations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute staff engagement activities across the region; analyse feedback from surveys; partner with managers to enhance morale; contribute to wellbeing initiatives; support internal communications related to HR programmes.
What you bring:
To excel as a Senior Human Resources Executive in this organisation, your background should include proven experience managing complex HR operations such as payroll processing across multiple entities or regions.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field is required for this position.
- At least three years of relevant experience in human resources roles is essential for success at this level.
- Hands-on expertise in HR operations including payroll processing as well as compensation/benefits administration is necessary.
- Demonstrated interest or prior involvement in employee engagement or organisational culture initiatives will set you apart.
- Familiarity with employment regulations within Asia Pacific markets is highly valued given the regional scope of responsibilities.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software platforms is important for efficient workflow management.
- Strong organisational skills combined with analytical abilities enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively without compromising quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build trust-based relationships across departments while responding sensitively to diverse needs.
