What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and resume screening to interviewing and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners and agencies when necessary.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires, including documentation, induction scheduling, and system access.
• Facilitate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance processes, and knowledge transfers.
• Continuously improve onboarding and exit workflows to enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in collaboration with relevant government agencies.
• Support HR processes such as contract renewals, probation confirmations, and employee movement.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Generalist position brings a wealth of experience in both recruitment and operations.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with exposure to both recruitment and operations.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
