As a HR leader and business partner to the Singapore and Regional Leadership teams, this role will define, design and build a talent and performance culture by providing a spectrum of HR services encompassing workforce planning, talent attraction, performance management, competency assessment, training and development, change management, and employee engagement to ensure alignment to the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Business Partner - As a trusted advisor to the CEO and Office Leaders, the HR Manager provides tactical people-related strategy and advice in order to meet both internal and external demands, according to labour legislation and policies and processes. - Collaborates with CEO and Office Leaders to integrate HR into business plans and needs. - Coach and advise managers on people issues to ensure the team performs more effectively. - Partners with the managers to understand and execute the company talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning. 2. HR Operations - Design, develop and ensure the implementation of HR framework, policies and procedures and align all HR activities within the region, which includes building the onboarding program and JD databank, establishing performance management process, harmonising the employee handbook in different locations, designing the competency skill matrix across different job level, within different job family. - Stakeholder engagement to execute and implement the performance management process and cycle to ensure better alignment to emerging business needs and a focus on driving differentiated performance and engagement of talent. - Leads in survey and research of compensation and benefits and proposes competitive compensation to ensure a fair compensation framework. - Maintain knowledge of trends, best practise, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law. 3. Employee engagement & development - Act as an employee advocate by implementing a program aimed at increasing employee engagement. - Promote and nurture a positive and open working environment that supports the values and provides the tools and framework that foster effective and open employee communications across the territory. - Develop and implement a Social Corporate Responsibility program reflecting the compay commitment to the communities’ rework in the environment, our employees and our customers. - Identify appropriate learning and development solutions or programs according to business and team members’ needs. - Partner in culture building. - Provides leadership to the HR Teams

Skills and Qualifications: Attributes Essential Desirable Knowledge - Well-versed with the countries local and employment law and compliance - Knowledge of the full HR spectrum - International HR best practises Technical/ Work-based skills - Able to coach and educate - Meticulous and details - Hands-on in HR system and technology - Microsoft 365 General Skills/ Attributes - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality - Positive attitude and open mindset - Customer focus with excellent service - Initiative - Leadership - Team player - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Innovative and agility Mandarin language Experiences - HR generalist experiences. Hands-on in HR operations and with HR strategic planning. - HR project management implementation - At least 10 years of generalist experiences and 3 years of managerial experiences Qualifications - Degree in HR or Business Management
