HR Generalist - 6 months contract

Our client is looking for HR Generalist, on a 6-month contract role for an FMCG organisation based in Singapore. This exciting opportunity will involve setting up new payroll vendors, managing employment visas and contracts, and liaising with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, with a strong aptitude for rapid learning and problem-solving.

What you'll do:

As a HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up the new payroll vendor
• Managing reapplication for all employment visas
• Managing reissue of all employment contracts
• Setting up insurances
• Managing the vendor process for re-tendering of health and Total to Permanent Disability employment insurances
• Setting up an EAP provider

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Generalist contract role brings demonstrated experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or Office Management.

• Experience in dealing with payroll or insurance vendors
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong aptitude for rapid learning and problem-solving
• Ability to effectively navigate and manage tasks within ambiguous situations
• Capacity to follow instructions while also demonstrating initiative and independent work ethic
