Senior HR Executive/ Assistant HR Manager

You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders, employees, and other professionals to ensure effective people management and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional HR Lead, to understand business needs and align HR initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and talent development.
  • Oversee payroll processing for the Singapore office
  • Manage annual merit increases and year-end bonuses.
  • Facilitate annual promotional cycles, including nomination and approval processes.
  • Lead workforce and HR expense planning for APAC HQ.
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans for APAC HQ employees.
  • Oversee LinkedIn Learning account distribution and utilization.
  • Organize leadership workshops for key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate expatriate onboarding, termination, and localization processes.
  • Address expatriate-related inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll summary reports, headcount reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with overall 5-6 years of HR Generalist experience in a dynamic and complex MNC environment
  • Have proven experience handling payroll within the APAC will be a huge plus
  • Possess internal mobility and expatriate management experiences
  • Possess a high level of integrity, discretion and well-versed in local employment laws;
  • Proven experience in supporting senior stakeholders well
  • Team player, self-driven and be prepared to be operationally hands on where necessary;
  • Strong sense of urgency, high adaptability, resourceful and independent mindset;
  • Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.
