Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Campus Recruiter for a 6-month contract in the bustling city of Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the banking industry by identifying and recruiting top talent from universities across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various recruitment campaigns, building strong relationships with university career offices, faculty members, student clubs and external professional bodies, and representing the firm at various recruitment events. This role requires a creative thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong drive to enhance both the candidate and internal stakeholder experience.
What you'll do:
As an HR Campus Recruiter in the banking sector, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future workforce of our client's organisation. You will be entrusted with understanding their business needs deeply, enabling you to identify effective sourcing strategies that attract top talent. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in academia will be crucial in this role. You will also have the opportunity to represent the firm at high-profile recruitment events, further enhancing your network. Your commitment to enhancing both the external and internal stakeholder experience will be evident in everything you do. Guiding other team members and ensuring their work meets quality standards will also fall under your purview. Lastly, your analytical skills will come into play as you perform data analytics for the campus recruitment team.
* Develop an understanding of business needs and identify effective sourcing strategies
* Manage applications through to offer stage for various recruitment campaigns
* Build and maintain relationships with university career offices, faculty members, student clubs and external professional bodies
* Project manage and represent the firm at various recruitment events
* Identify opportunities and execute projects for enhancing both the external and internal stakeholder experience
* Provide guidance to other team members to ensure quality standards are met and work is delivered on time
* Handle all internal and external recruitment-related queries promptly
* Perform data analytics for the campus recruitment team and report findings to management

* A degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant campus recruitment experience
* Experience in Banking industry preferred
* Strong project management and execution experience
* Organised and meticulous approach with ability to handle large volumes at a time

* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
