A global engineering organisation headquartered in US is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their well established team. Located in Woodlands, this is a newly created job in which the HR Manager will have the opportunity to set up and bring in their best practices to spearhead the HR division for their Singapore business.

About the HR Manager Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in driving the HR department in areas of operations, oversee recruitment, office administration, projects and other functions effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR requirements from strategic to operational and administrative aspects
• Provide guidance and advisory to senior stakeholders in areas of compensation and benefits, employee engagement, business partnering, performance management and HR reporting matters
• Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition matters for the Singapore office, and ensure all HR processes and policies are aligned across the business
• Be responsible for the preparation of reports, board presentations, execution and implementations of HR projects and initiatives

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you must be experienced in managing the end-to-end HR generalist scope and team management experience would be advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related fields, with a minimum of seven year's experience in human resource and office administration
• Experience working in a multinational organisation along with team management is vital for this role
• Strong knowledge in HR policies, labour laws and must have exposure to both blue and white collared workers
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with high proficiency in excel, pivot table and PowerPoint presentation skills
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, communicate priorities and drives business results
• Self-driven and highly independent with a positive working attitude and a strong people-oriented disposition
• Open to travelling to Woodlands or Changi area and work five days a week in the office
