A professional institute is seeking an experienced candidate for an HR Business Partner (One-year Contract) job. If you are immediately available and able to commit to the contract duration, this job opportunity is ideal for you, as the contract is highly extendable subject to your performance and business requirements.
About the HR Business Partner (One-year Contract) Role: Your key responsibility will be to support the operations teams and work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, such as job posting, screening, interview arrangements, preparing contracts and documents, and handling onboarding processes
Manage the needs of expatriate hires while liaising with vendors to ensure a seamless relocation experience
Provide business partnering support to respective client groups and be the main point of contact in all HR matters, such as driving performance management, HR projects, and working with department heads on staffing and HR advisory services
Ensure a smooth offboarding process and coordinate with the payroll specialist for all departing employees
Work with employees, managers, and teams to support any life cycle events, such as probation, leave management, visa renewals, L&D, and admin matters
Be involved in ad hoc HR duties and projects
To succeed in this HR Business Partner (One-year Contract) role, you must have the ability to work under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion to achieve and fulfil organisational objectives.
Key Requirements:
Aualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years' relevant work experience
Strong communication, organisational skills, and stakeholder management skills
Good attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
