An HR Manager/Assistant Manager job has become available at a consulting management SME in Singapore.
About the HR Manager/Assistant Manager Role: Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR end-to-end administrative and operation functions and will be supported by a HR executive in the team. This position is responsible for the overall HR administrative and operations responsibilities for their Singapore offices supporting a team of approximately 90 staffs locally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection processes
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding activities for the business
Manage the employees’ annual leave and queries relating to flexible benefits and medical insurance coverage
Ensure all legal requirements and MOM legislations are in compliance
Oversee maintaining accurate employee records and administration, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
To succeed in this HR Manager/Assistant Manager role, you must be highly experienced in HR related matters and be meticulous with an eye for detail.
Key Requirements:
Qualified degree holder with at least five years of experience in a human resource role
Extensive knowledge of HR practices, and employment laws and regulations
Knowledgeable in local HR policies, compensation and benefits programmes
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills to build relationships with employees at all levels
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Proficiency in QuickHR software is an added advantage
