About the HR Advisor - Japanese and Korean Speaking (12-month contract) Role:
Reporting to the Team Manager and as a member of the Regional HR Team, you will be responsible for supporting employees across the region on any HR related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to the team through a ticketing system
- Be the point of contact via email, phone, chat and walk-in for current and former employees’
questions on HR policies and processes - Collaborate with staff of all levels and departments to provide advice and support in HR matters
- Provide HR advice to employees and ensuring it complies with company policies
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with statutory guidelines
- Support HR ad hoc projects and any shared services duties
To succeed in the HR Advisor - Japanese and Korean Speaking (12-month contract) job, you will need the ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's HR Generalist experience in a shared services team with an MNC
- Proficiency in English, Japanese and Korean to support employees in the region
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of internal and external customers including high level stakeholders
