About the HR Generalist Role:
Working with the HR Team, you will support the business growth and activities of this leading firm. As the HR Generalist, you will manage the HR administration and internal processes while immersing yourself in the firm’s culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in recruiting and onboarding activities such as the posting of job advertisements, screening of applicants, scheduling of interviews and arranging of orientation programmes
• Manage the payroll for all APAC territories and IR8A/IR21 clearance for staff
• Manage and coordinate insurance renewals and employee health check-up
• Providing support on employee engagement events and activities
• Coordinating internal training and maintaining training records
• Working with external training vendors to support employee training enrolment
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

To succeed in this HR Generalist role, you must be detailed oriented, meticulous, and keen to develop in the HR profession.

Key Requirements:

• At least four years' HR generalist/operations experience required
• Workday experience would be preferred
• Be proactive to drive improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resource Management
