A professional institute is seeking an HR Executive (Six-Month Contract) to join its organisation. In this job, you will report to the HR Director and this role is for an HR professional who is an expert in their field.
About the HR Executive (Six-Month Contract) Role:
Your key responsibility will be assisting and supporting the team in all administrative functions, and providing effective management and coordination of all employees' accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the tracking of key HR metrics in order to facilitate reporting on the performance and improvement of the firm
- Compile data reports and analytics for presentation, manage the single central record and ensure it is up to date with all references, police checks and other requirements
- Provide cross-functional support to fellow team members to ensure that HR services are executed most efficiently and effectively
- Handle all areas of recruitment, including arranging interviews, employment permissions, reference checks, preparation of HR information packs for new staff and flight bookings
- Maintain and update employee data, documentation and personnel files, and assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage the administration, management and coordination of all faculty staff’s accommodation
- Conduct regular staff information sessions and meetings, regular market appraisals or at the request of the HR director to advise management and staff of market movements and supporting recommendations for the changes in rental
- Be involved in ad hoc HR tasks and projects
To succeed in this HR Executive role, you must have strong knowledge of HR policies and Singapore employment laws.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Good attention to detail, strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks and projects and resolve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote)
