A technology start up company is looking for a capable Senior HR Manager to set up the HR function for the region.
About the Senior HR Manager role:
You will provide leadership and guidance for the headquarter.
- Implement HR policies and procedures and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures in line with business needs and in accordance with local labour legislation and make possible recommendations for the other markets
- Manage and review of monthly, yearly and ad hoc HR management reports, functional and statutory surveys
- Manage 2 HR executives
- Identify gaps and implement changes to improve practices
To succeed as the Senior HR Manager, you should have 8 to 10 years progressive experience as a Senior HR Manager in a start up environment.
