HRBP - 3 Years Contract
Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR practices with business objectives, driving talent initiatives, and fostering a high-performing, employee-centric culture.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your role will be integral in shaping the future of our client's organisation.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and align HR strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
- Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and promotes engagement and retention.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to enhance their growth.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with the recruitment team to attract top talent.
- Design and implement training programs to build leadership and employee capabilities.
- Promote continuous learning initiatives to address skill gaps and future workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR metrics and reporting to identify trends and recommend improvements.
What you bring:
As an ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner role, you bring a wealth of experience and at least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in the technology, data centre, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required due to the nature of this role due which involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and counterparts.
