Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in partnering with diverse business stakeholders, driving the transformation journey, and shaping the organisation's human resources function to support the company's strategic objectives across multiple locations within the APAC region.

In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting business leaders across multiple locations within the APAC region. You will shape the organisation's human resources function ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives. Your ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams will be key to your success. You will also manage performance appraisal systems, contribute to a positive working environment, ensure compliance and risk management, and facilitate effective internal communication.

  • Maintain an overview of all HR-related matters supporting business leaders
  • Act as the primary HR contact in the APAC region
  • Collaborate closely with HR across the globe
  • Manage performance appraisal system aligning with organisational objectives
  • Ensure compliance and risk management including overseeing health and safety regulations, managing employee records, conducting audits to identify and mitigate risks

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this role brings extensive experience in HR management. Your ability to foster strong collaboration and engagement with business leaders and HR teams will be crucial. Your strategic thinking coupled with your leadership skills will drive success in this role. Additionally, your excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation skills will be highly valued.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar preferably in the fin-tech or technology sector
  • The ability to foster strong collaboration and engagement with business leaders through HR Business Partnering
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation skills
