They are currently seeking an HR Planning & Operations Development Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to provide crucial support in People & Organisation planning and operational development, along with responsibility for function compliance matters across the Asia Pacific region.

What you'll do:

As an HR Planning & Operations Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing support in People & Organisation planning and operational development. You will be responsible for adhering to company guidelines while monitoring headcount and cost planning for various cost centres. Your ability to define, plan, and monitor budget figures while coordinating with relevant stakeholders will be crucial. You will also be tasked with ensuring system data quality, drafting regular reports, managing operational development of the People & Organization function, and overseeing compliance matters.

  • Adhere to company guidelines and monitor headcount and cost planning for cost centres
  • Define, plan and monitor budget figures with related stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on procedures, perform analysis and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage budget and controlling of various cost components
  • Identify trends in costs and propose action plans
  • Support functional processes and projects, collaborate with stakeholders by consolidating data
  • Ensure system data quality and maintenance, draft regular reports on plans and variances
  • Manage operational development of People & Organization function
  • Monitor and manage compliance matters including remediation planning based on applicable laws

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the HR Planning & Operations Development Manager position will bring a wealth of relevant experience in HR. You should have strong business acumen, high attention to detail, analytical capabilities, result orientation along with high process and project management abilities. Your advanced communication skills will enable you to effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP will be a strong advantage.

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant experience in HR; HR Generalist or HRBP experience preferred
  • Experience in multinational, matrix organisation is preferred
  • Knowledge of relevant laws including data privacy and protection regulations
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, result orientation
  • High process and project management ability; adaptability, flexibility, hands-on approach required
  • Advanced communication skills; stakeholder management; cross-teams collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge; SAP proficiency is a strong plus
