Our client is seeking a highly experienced Talent & Culture Business Partner to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple business units and divisions, providing strategic HR support that aligns with corporate goals. Your expertise in HR practices, and employment laws in Singapore and broader Asia domiciles will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do:

As a Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy. You will collaborate closely with local business leaders, acting as a bridge between various business units and the Centre of Excellence (CoE). Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice on people strategy, organizational design, and talent planning. You will also partner with the CoE to develop region-specific HR programs that address local challenges while ensuring global alignment. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in implementing talent management frameworks that align with corporate strategy and regional business goals. Your role will also involve working closely with the CoE to roll out initiatives related to compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations.

  • Collaborate with local business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Act as a bridge between the business units and the Centre of Excellence
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to senior leadership on people strategy, organizational design and talent planning
  • Partner with the CoE to develop and execute region-specific HR programs
  • Implement talent management frameworks ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regional business goals
  • Work with the CoE to implement engagement surveys and initiatives, analyzing results and supporting regional leaders in developing action plans to improve engagement and retention

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Talent & Culture Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience in human resources, particularly in HR business partnering, talent management, or HR operations across multiple regions. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Your experience collaborating with a Centre of Excellence or shared service function in a Business Partner capacity will be highly valued. You have a strong understanding and previous experience working in a Matrix organization. Your knowledge of HR and IR principles, practices, and employment laws in Singapore and broader Asia domiciles is extensive. Furthermore, you have a proven track record of delivering on global HR solutions in a complex organization.

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
  • 7 years of progressive experience in HR, with focus on HR business partnering, talent management, or HR operations across multiple regions
  • Experience collaborating with a Centre of Excellence or shared service function in a Business Partner capacity
  • Understanding and previous experience working in a Matrix organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR and IR principles, practices, and employment laws in Singapore and broader Asia domiciles
  • Proven track record of delivering on global HR solutions in a complex organization
