Senior HR Manager, Talent Management Our client is leading Chemical business. They are expanding and in need of a Hands-on Senior HR Manager who has strong experience in Talent Management and HRBP skills. This is a new role due to expansion and growth. Responsibilities 1 Talent Management * The Senior Manager will develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to deliver a robust talent and development agenda aligned with business needs. * He or She will work with the HR Director to plan and discuss the Talent Reviews and manage the annual Top global talent review process that includes talent identification and succession management. * Talent Data Analysis: Analyze talent related data and develop strategies to engage and retain top talent. Implement employee recognition programs and career development opportunities * They will innovate and execute engaging Talent & Learning programs. * The role includes evaluating and enhancing performance management processes and systems to drive high performance and engagement across the organization, as well as driving talent review, succession planning, and high-potential processes. * The Senior Manager will work closely with business leaders and the HR Head to ensure programs meet organizational needs and build capability in business leaders and the broader HR team. 1 HRBP/ Operations * He/she will provide HRBP support that will cover functional areas: recruiting/staffing, review performance, compensation, benefits, onboarding, data reporting, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. * He/she will partner and advise business leaders on people- and team-related issues, manage and execute all areas of the employee life cycle, provide reports & metrics on HR issues to the business executives. * Provide guidance in people matters to support business strategies and goals. * Advise, support and partner line managers and employees on HR matters relating to performance management, talent development, resourcing, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations. * Build strong partnerships with both line managers and employees to effectively champion and implement HR programs and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder
  • 5-8 yrs of experience, In Talent management or a HRBP with a Passion for the Talent Management and Talent Management platforms ( eg SAP/Workday)
  • Experience in running strategic talent modules in Functional skills sets and career mapping frameworks
  • Strong preference is for someone who is comfortable in an unstructured/ Decentralized type of model
  • Demonstrated track record in managing cross-cultural stakeholders
  • Able to build relationships and ensure People Experience is aligned to company core values.
  • Passionate about people, have a high level of emotional intelligence and have a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Clear communicator and team player who can navigate a range of cultures and markets.
