Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work within an international educational institution, supporting a diverse workforce and contributing to a positive working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and exit procedures.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one sub-school and additional operations teams. You will be proficient in all areas of the employee life cycle, from beginning to end. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting your client groups in all HR matters, driving performance management cases, processing exit procedures for leaving employees, supporting life cycle events such as probation periods or family-friendly leave, and participating in HR projects. Your commitment to promoting a positive working environment will contribute significantly to our organisation's strategic plan.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities for respective client groups
  • Support respective client groups as their main point of contact in all HR matters
  • Drive and manage performance management cases within the respective client groups
  • Process and manage the respective client groups' exit procedures for leaving employees
  • Work with employees, their managers and/or teams to support any life cycle events
  • Participate in projects driven and managed by the HR team to enhance the working lives of yourself, the team, other employees

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner role brings hands-on recruitment experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong customer service ethos. You have comprehensive knowledge of employment and labour laws, demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, and can interchangeably work as part of a team or independently. Self-initiation skills are key in this role, and experience with payroll and HRIS platforms would be advantageous. Your high emotional intelligence will enable you to navigate complex interpersonal situations and foster a supportive workplace culture.
