Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Lead for their operations in Singapore. This role is integral to the company's vision of creating a future worth living for patients worldwide, every day. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement.

What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Lead in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and performance. You will partner closely with leaders across the organisation to develop robust HR strategies that build high-performing, resilient teams. Your responsibilities will span from driving employee engagement initiatives to leading change management processes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to global projects within HR. This role requires a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and belonging.

  • Partner with leaders and senior stakeholders to assess organisational needs and develop HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR COE teams to implement integrated HR strategies.
  • Provide HR advisory to Country Management Team and Senior Nursing Leaders.
  • Drive country employee engagement and ensure collaboration across all departments.
  • Lead a team of 3 HR members to provide full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for manpower planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and belonging.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement through regular review of HR metrics.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and satisfaction.
  • Drive learning & development programs through training needs analysis.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Lead role brings a wealth of experience in human resources, particularly as an HR Business Partner. You possess a deep understanding of Singapore's workplace regulations and legal framework. Your proficiency in MS Office complements your excellent listening and communication skills. You are comfortable handling ambiguity and can navigate first-time assignments or projects with ease. Your critical thinking abilities and strong interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years as an HRBP.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore workplace regulations and legal framework.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity on first-time assignments or projects.
  • Critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
